Yukino Suzushiro personality type is ENFJ, meaning he is a social and proactice consultant, and his main theme is "respect". However, he doesn't seem to have much respect for others, not even for Haruhi, because his value of "respect" is completely different from hers. One example where he doesn't have much respect for others is in episode 10, he has no respect for Kyon and tries to get him to stop reading the book, but Haruhi shows him that he has no right to say that because he doesn't know how it feels to be trapped in a world like the one Kyon is in. Another example is when Mikuru is talking with Haruhi, he has no respect for Mikuru and even calls her "Kyon's girlfriend", which is completely rude, but Haruhi doesn't seem to care about it. It seems as though he really respects Haruhi and Mikuru, but only a little bit. His main theme is "respect", but he doesn't seem to have much respect for others.
