He is the leader of the pack, the team captain, the one who takes charge. He’s all about being in charge. He’s the one who always has the answers, who has an answer for every situation, who can always point out the right course of action.
The ESTJ is the one who knows how to take care of himself and his loved ones. He’s all about safety. He’s the one who always knows how to act in a crisis, who knows what to do in any situation.
