Team Dad personality type is ISTJ, as is Brad.
I know I'm not the only one who doubt this is accurate. In fact, I wonder if this is a deliberate attempt to turn the show into a comedy.
But I think it's a great way to get more of a first impression of a character. Let's just hope they continue to use it on the next season.
