Mizuki Kouichi personality type is INFP, which is the same personality type as Shizuo. They are both also known to have an interest in music, and are often found playing an instrument, at least in the anime. Both are introverted by nature, both are extremely loud when they get angry, both are extremely sarcastic. Both are also shown to have a serious side to them, but don't let it ruin their fun-loving personality. The one major difference between the two is that while Shizuo has almost no interest in anything relating to romance, Mizuki is shown to be extremely interested in romance.
The only other common trait the two share is that they both have a shared weakness: alcohol. Like most people with this personality type, Mizuki is shown to be something of a lightweight when it comes to alcohol, and is shown to be very drunk at least once in the series. Similarly, Shizuo's favorite drink is alcohol and is shown to drink a bottle of Beer at least once during the anime.
