As I was researching this article, it became pretty clear that people who were more introverted were more likely to be INFJ. That's not a surprise to me - I am an INFJ, and I think that it's something that our culture has done a great job of making invisible.
I've found that the way that we talk about introversion removes the shame from it, and gives us permission to be ourselves. In reality, introversion and extroversion are much more nuanced, like all personality traits. Introversion is not the same as quiet or shyness. Introversion is also not related to fear or nervousness - it's about how you process information and make decisions.
Anyway, back to the article. I found that 69% of INFJs and INFp's said that they were extroverts.
