Gollum may have been created using a personality that was an amalgamation of the traits of both Bilbo and Frodo, since the latter was an ESTJ who was very much like Bilbo in terms of personality. There may be some truth to the idea that Gollum is pure Bilbo if we are to believe that Bilbo and Frodo are the same person, but it does not really matter for our overall assessment of Gollum.
