Dev personality type is ENFP, and the best way to understand them is that they tend to celebrate and enjoy life and their emotions and experience them and express them in an authentic, genuine way. They are idealists, and their vision of the world is similar to that of a child who is immersed in fantasy movies, cartoons, and comic books. They don’t take anything for granted, and they believe in the ability to change the world for the better. They are collaborative, creative, and joyful, and they adapt quickly when things don’t go the way they want. They have a true appreciation for human potential and an optimism about improving things. They might appear a bit naïve in some ways, but they are truly believe that there is a better way to do things. They tend to have big hearts and a wide-open embrace of life. Their emotions tend to flow easily and naturally, and they have a natural ability to connect with people and make friends. The ENFPs I have known have been incredibly self-aware, and they are aware of how they present themselves to others even when they are not thinking about it–which is pretty much all the time.
