Steve personality type is INFP, the "idealist" type. Introverted, Feeling, Perceiving. The feeling type is the most "human" of the types, and therefore the most prone to being "touched" by people and situations. This is the type who may not be good at a lot of things, but is good at a few. The feeling type must first focus on themselves and what they want to do with their lives before they can begin to interact with others in any meaningful way. A feeling type who wants to have a career must first work on themselves and learn to be comfortable with dealing with people. An FNT might be good at dialogue, but if they lack self-confidence they will fall flat on their faces when they have to speak to the outside world. They might be good at working in the background, but they may not be good at the "front and center" presentation that is required in many careers.
