Rei Nimura personality type is ESFP, and unlike other characters in the story, she doesn't become more upbeat or playful as the story progresses. Most of the time, she's quite the serious character and prefers to be alone, even though she is not the type to be anti-social (she does get along with most people and does care for others). Her down-to-earth personality makes her seem somewhat aloof and distant, but in reality she is lonely. She is sensitive to others' feelings and thoughts, and she is often overwhelmed by her inability to deal with her own emotions. Her problems are not just caused by her own problems, but some of them can be traced back to her past. She receives constant attention from the people around her and has a very strong desire to be a "normal" girl (which is why she can't see herself in a romantic relationship). Rei doesn't like having to explain herself or feeling out of place in any situation, so she really wants to fit in and live a normal life. She is similar to Nagi in this aspect, but Rei is not as confident.
