ESFJs are very warm, friendly, and nurturing people who are highly organized, reliable, and efficient. They are often the life of the party and are highly proficient at making others feel comfortable.
My personality type is usually the one that is closest to the ‘ideal’ person the world would like to have. I am constantly striving to be a better person. I am not perfect by any means… but I have learned to be more realistic, authentic, and reliable with myself and others.
I have always been a leader in my small groups and with my family. I have always wanted to be a leader in the military too. But I believe that leadership requires authenticity. It requires you to be true to yourself and be accountable for your actions.
Being a leader means that you are accountable for your actions. When you don’t look into your own behaviors and how those behaviors affect others, you can’t be a leader. You can be a good leader BUT NOT THE BEST LEADER!
