It is so funny to see how people view Mackenzie as a leader! They think she has no emotions and has no emotions herself! People always think that ISTJ’s are emotionless, and I guess they are, somewhat, but I can tell you that Mackenzie is definitely not. She is a caring, loving, and has a heart of gold.
One thing Mackenzie doesn’t have is social skills which is why she is so good at her job. She isn’t good at talking to people and doesn’t know how to interact with them. I think Mackenzie is so good at her job because she doesn’t have to interact with people very often. She doesn’t have to socialize too much because she has such a high workload.
