    Adaptational Heroism
    ESFJ

    ESFJ (2w1)

Adaptational Heroism personality type is ESFJ, ESFP, ESTP, ISTJ, ISFJ, ISFP, ISTP.

Here’s an example of what I’m talking about:

When the heroine returns to her childhood home, she doesn’t say a word. The same goes for her boyfriend (an ISFP). They both sit in silence on the sofa, seemingly not wanting to say anything.

This is because Introverted Sensing types (ISPs) and Extraverted Feeling types (EFs) are naturally quiet and reserved.

They don’t like to “rock the boat” and they don’t like to cause problems. They like to listen.

But it’s not just the heroine and her boyfriend who behave this way. The hero behaves this way as well. He’s quiet, too.

He doesn’t speak up all the time, either. That’s because ISTJs and ISFJs are also naturally quiet and reserved.

They don’t like to rock the boat and they don’t like to cause problems. They like to listen and hear what others have to say.

The flip side to Adaptational Villainy. While some adaptations make a character more evil, this is the opposite. A character is villainous or just not very nice in their original medium, but when the time comes for the adaptation, things change.
