I've been working with a lot of ENFPs lately, and they're very helpful and enthusiastic, and they tend to do a lot of things for the team (which is great!), but what I've found is that they don't always realize how much they're doing. They'll come in with a good amount of work done, and they'll think that everyone else is doing a ton of work too. When they realize that the team is really struggling, they don't know how to help.
Another example of this is when they make things more difficult for themselves by not working on their own stuff. For example, ENFPs are notorious for not finishing things, because they can't make themselves finish things. They value relationships over time, so they'll procrastinate until the last minute. If they know that their boss is waiting on them to finish something, they'll push it aside until the boss notices that it's not finished.
