Chuck personality type is ESFP, and because of this, they often do not know how to handle the strong E/S energy. They don’t know how to turn it off and walk away. They don’t know how to change the subject. They don’t know how to play it cool and not get excited about something and not be really excited about it.
This all comes from a strong E/S energy, and it’s caused by not knowing how to turn that energy off and not understanding that you can’t change that energy. You can’t just turn it off. It’s asinine. It’s asinine to think that you can turn off or change the strong E/S energy. Why would you want to?
In the context of the ENFP, I’m going to be looking at what would happen if someone was to go into a situation where the ENFP has a strong E/S energy, and then they have to deal with that.
This is a lot of work for the ENFP who doesn’t know how to deal with the strong E/S energy.
