As an ENTP, I have experienced that in certain situations that are not directly related to my work, my emotionality tends to get out of control. Like when I am in a really great mood, I can be too loose with my words. I don’t always mean to offend anyone, but It happens.
I have also noticed that when I have to focus on my work, I tend to get more serious. I might even become very quiet and not talk much. This is because I am not interested in having conversations that are not related to my work.
Recently I was hired to do a project that was very important to the company that hired me. Even though I knew that this project was really important for my employer, at the beginning of the project I was not very motivated because it felt like a lot of work to me. But once I started working on it, it was really interesting and challenging. I could see that this project was going to make a difference in the organization.
After a few weeks of working on this project, I was really excited about it.
