Hitoshi Kinomiya personality type is ISTJ, or the “Independent-Systems Thinker.” I am an ISTJ and I think of myself as a “Systems Thinker” that has a good grasp of the logical and practical aspects of things, but sometimes I find myself wanting to get out there and do something instead of sitting around analyzing everything.
I am not a fan of committees or “group think” situations and I do not like being told what to do. I do not like being told what to do even when I know it will benefit the organization. I am a bit “stick in the mud” sometimes, but I am also very confident in my abilities and I do not mind taking the lead at times.
I am also very good at getting along with others, as long as they have similar personality traits as me. I can be a bit blunt at times, but I try to be fair, honest and direct.
I have been a systems analyst my whole life, and although I have worked in a variety of areas, I am most well known for my work with the federal government in project management and program management.
