Becca personality type is ESFP, the Entertainer. ESFPs are the most playful of the Myers-Briggs personality types, and in fact they're often called "Pinocchios" in my office, in reference to the children's game that involves drawing a circle on the ground and then trying to hit it with a ball, but they're also my least favorite Myers-Briggs personality type to work with. ESFPs are entertaining, funny, easygoing, kind, and fun to be around, but when you get down to it, their primary goal in life is to have fun. They may seem like they don't care about anything or anyone else, but when you get close enough to see that they do, they'll be more than happy to give you a hug. ESFPs are one of the more compassionate personality types, and they're usually very good at making sure everybody feels happy and included. When they're not busy having fun, they're probably out of their minds on some sort of substance or other. One of my favorite things about ESFPs is that they are usually the most creative of the Myers-Briggs personality types. They are usually very talented in some area of artistic expression.
