Everett Thomas “Synch” personality type is ENFJ, or extroverted intuitive feeling with extroverted thinking. It is the rarest of the 16 Myers-Briggs personality types, making up less than 1 percent of the population.
After his discharge from the military, Synch was a self-described “lost soul” wandering from one job to another, before he finally landed a position in finance. In the 1990s, he married a woman from Taiwan, and they had a son together. But Synch’s marriage eventually fell apart, and in 2001, he moved out of the house his wife had bought for him. The two continue to share a close friendship.
Synch decided in his late 30s that he wanted to become a fireman, and he spent the next decade applying for the job. He finally got hired in 2015, and was accepted into the Fire Academy. He graduated from the academy in 2015 and became a certified firefighter in 2016.
In addition to his work as a firefighter, Synch is also a pastor at an Afro-Christian church. In his spare time, he volunteers at a local community center, where he teaches martial arts to children.
