Gamora personality type is ISTP, while Gamora’s original personality is ISTJ. While this is very different from the type we’re used to seeing in movies and television, it’s actually fairly logical, and it makes sense that Guardians of the Galaxy would end up with such a strong female character.
One of the most notable things about the Guardians of the Galaxy characters is their youth and inexperience. Characters like Rocket and Groot come from fairly sheltered backgrounds, so they’re not quite sure what to do in the galaxy of space, and they’re not used to dealing with anything but the fairly tame problems of Earth. There really aren’t any real villains in the movie, and instead we get to see them grow and learn on their journey, which helps to show us that they really are just regular people.
The Guardians of the Galaxy movie is such a wild ride that it feels like it shouldn’t work in the slightest. It’s probably one of the riskiest films that Marvel has ever produced, but it worked out surprisingly well. You may not be a fan of space movies, but The Guardians of the Galaxy really does work as a great summer blockbuster.
