History
Nathaniel Richards' earliest history is unknown; however, he was apparently recruited by Hank Pym and became his protégé. He later went on to become the best and most loyal of the Avengers and was a founding member of the Avengers (volunteer or otherwise). He was also a founding member of the West Coast Avengers.
After the Scarlet Witch's mind was placed in his body, he became an evil counterpart of himself, and joined the Masters of Evil as part of a revenge scheme against both the Avengers and the Fantastic Four.[1] He possessed the mind and powers of Franklin Richards, and planned to use him as part of his revenge scheme. However, after the Scarlet Witch destroyed the Franklinverse, Richards lost his powers and reverted to his original form - that of an ordinary man. He then rejoined the Avengers and helped them defeat the Masters of Evil, although he didn't reveal that he was responsible for their previous actions.
