Ted Kord "Blue Beetle" personality type is ENTP, but he is the only character I ever knew to exhibit the ENTJ "I Am" attitude.
I highly doubt that "Beetle" is the only one of the three Blue Beetle personalities to exhibit this attitude, but it is the only one that has ever been explicitly identified as such.
I am not sure of the motivations behind his actions though.

That said, I think the Entj part makes it more probable. Entjs are willing to take risks, and Entj's can appear headstrong, but they are also very capable of seeing the big picture. Entjs are very instinctual, which may be influenced by their feeling function. Entjs are also very aware that they are not the norm. Entjs are not afraid to take risks or make decisions that may be unpopular or controversial.
