Bella personality type is INFP, so I think she was a bit too extraverted for her own good.
She's a bit of a social butterfly, and she really needs to be in a space where people are willing to listen to her. The more she tries to get attention, the more she will be rejected, which is a hard thing for her to understand. She needs to learn how to be more self-sufficient and not need constant validation from others.
My friend's life changed when she went into a dark place in which she lost trust in others. Even when she was in a relationship, she would be completely self-absorbed and live in her head. She would tell everyone else what they should be doing but would never follow through herself.
She would be in a relationship with a guy, but not really committed to him. She would constantly be looking for a new guy. She would stay in relationships that weren't right for her because she was too afraid to leave them.
It took therapy for her to learn that people aren't always going to be there for her and that she can't rely on someone else to take care of her.
