Kana Anaberal and Nana Anaberal (Japanese: アナベルアンナベルアンナベルラン) are two of the seven known Anaberal sisters in the Pokémon Adventures manga. They are part of the Anaberal family, alongside their mother, their father and their older sister.
In the Pokémon Adventures manga
Kana Anaberal and Nana Anaberal debut in the Ruby & Sapphire chapter. They are the respective mothers and younger sisters of Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Ruby's father, Sapphire's boyfriend, Flint.
They first appear as they walk towards the Battle Tower with their mother and Emerald's father. They later appear when Emerald, having arrived at the Battle Tower, checks in to see whether he is registered.
In the Emerald chapter, they are called back to Granite Cave to meet Flint at the Battle Frontier. They appear again in the FireRed & LeafGreen chapter, when they are called by Flint at the Battle Frontier to help Emerald's father.
