Meira personality type is ISTP, but I don't know how to use the ISTP functions. There are two options that I can think of that are ISTP functions, one is to focus on the big picture and the other is to focus on details. My guess is that this ISTP personality type type focuses on the details. I know that many ISTP types are very detail oriented.
I think my ESTJ personality type is very good at being decisive. I have a plan, I have a vision, I have a strategy, I have a goal, I have a purpose. I have a sense of humor too. I'm not sure if I can be as decisive as an ISTJ personality type, but I do think that I'm pretty decisive.
I think that there are some people that are very detailed oriented. They don't have a plan, or they have a plan and then they change it, or they don't have a plan, and they just jump around from place to place. ESTJs do not like that. They like to have a plan, and they like to stick with it.
An ESTP personality type is very good at being spontaneous.
