Sunny Milk personality type is ESFP, a new rating system created by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, which was based on the work of Isabel Briggs Myers and her mother, Katharine Briggs.
In 1989, Katharine Briggs published a book about the research done by Isabel on the human personality types. She based her work on the premise that people would identify with one of 16 personality types. In it she said that people had a preference for either extroversion or introversion and that this was a "basic dichotomy" that could be measured by a preference for certain types of activities.
She proposed that there were four combinations of these preferences:
