Andy Strucker personality type is ISTP, I am an introvert with a strong need for stability, who seeks out knowledge and experiences in solitude, but presents as an extrovert in the world. I am not socially adjusted with many people, but am very socially aware of how others are feeling, thinking, and behaving. I am appropriate at tasks I understand and enjoy doing them. My greatest strength is my ability to understand how something works or will work, and then apply that knowledge to my situation. I am also good at handling people, with their strengths and weaknesses, because I can see them as human beings.
I have a keen sense of how people are feeling, which helps me to understand them, interact with them, and be empathetic to them. I have a strong immunity to being intimidated by others, I have the ability to grow with the people I work with, and have the ability to change my approach to things if needed. I am one that can be patient with others if they are not understanding or not doing something that is beneficial to them.
My weakness is being too observant of others, I can become too involved in people's lives, which distracts me from my goals.
