Rose Nylund personality type is ESFJ, which, if you’ve ever seen or read anything on Myers Briggs, you’ll know is the “extroverted, sensing, feeling, judging” type. I’m not disputing that she’s an extrovert, but I think it’s more accurate to call her an “introverted extrovert” or perhaps “quiet introvert” because she is loud and social when she has to be, but she isn’t particularly comfortable with socializing.
Rose is uncomfortable in large rooms and she tends to circle the room if she has to be there. She is definitely not a people person. I think it would be fair to say that Rose would rather be alone than in a big group of people, but she will try to make small talk with anyone she can.
Rose doesn’t love small talk and will do it if necessary, but she really dislikes it and can’t stand it. I don’t think that Rose enjoys small talk and socializing at all.
