My first impression of the book was that it was pretty good. It was informative without being too technical or dry, and it really gave me a more open-ended overview of the different types. However, some parts of the book were less than helpful. For example, on page 100 of the book, there is a section called "Type Dynamics" that gives examples of how the different types have changed since Jung's first publication of "Psychological Types" in 1921.
As you can see, some of these examples are minor exaggerations of minor differences between types.
