Cedric Daniels personality type is ISTJ, which is a good reference for me because I have a similar personality type. It's a good book overall, but if you have to read only one, get the Myers-Briggs book.
This was a gift from my brother, who thought it would be a good read for me. I'm assuming that he may have been judging me by my Myers-Briggs test results, because I don't remember buying it or even reading it. I think he bought it for me based on a couple of statements he knew about me from his own experiences.
I planned to read it while I was staying in my parents' house, while going through some emotional issues with my parents. That didn't materialize, but it did make me read through the book quite quickly.
I found this book to be very interesting and thought-provoking, and it certainly did help me understand myself better. I can see why my brother wanted to get it for me. The book doesn't dive into really deep psychological analysis of the personality types mentioned, but it does provide very good insight into the different personalities and what makes them tick.
