Peter Groff personality type is ESTP, as is the case with most of the people I’ve worked with over the years. When I first started working with him on his TypeTalk DVD, he told me that he didn’t think he was a “Type Talker” because he wasn’t a big talker. He was quiet, and not really a “Type Talker” in his own mind, but after watching the DVD several times, I knew he was an ESTP. In fact, he told me that he had been a “Type Talker” for years, but only realized it after watching the DVD.
During our first meeting he told me that he had always been a “Type Talker” – even as a child – but that he had not realized it until he watched the DVD. He was amazed that he could actually talk about his “Type Talk” and that others could understand him. I asked him if there was any one thing he could do now to improve his type.
