Ingrid Thompson (Detonator) personality type is ESTP, so I do not have the same kind of problem as I might have if she had been an INFP. That’s because she’s the best of both worlds. I have become more of a perfectionist after being around her, which is something that ESTP’s are known for.
However, I am not bombarded with the kind of anxiety that I get from INFP’s. That’s because INFP’s tend to be very overanalytical and overthinking, and they sometimes can become paralyzed and stuck in their own heads. This is not the case with INTP’s at all. INTP’s do not require as much extra mental energy as INFP’s do to function.
I start to start feeling like a crazy person when I’m around INFP’s as well as ENFP’s. I think this is because those two types make me feel like I’m having conversations with myself about whether or not I should go out or stay in.
