Given what I've seen, I'd say I'm a natural leader. I know how to get people to follow me. I'm not afraid to use my voice or my hands. I've had my fair share of people following me because of how I look, so I'm not afraid to lead in what I do. At the end of the day, though, it's all about the patient.
