Baron Humbert Von Gikkingen personality type is INTJ, so being an INTJ, it’s hard not to have some strong opinions on this type, especially when I’ve been the subject of countless authorial INTJ criticisms. But I think we can all agree that INTJs aren’t always right. For instance, there’s a lot of people who think that INTJs can never be friends with anyone (or at least anyone who isn’t also an INTJ) because there’s no common ground; the INTJ is too well-versed in Intuitive aspects of the personality and the other person is well-versed in the Sensing aspects, and thus they’re bound to clash. I’m here to tell you…you’re wrong.
The truth is that we INTJs can and do make friends with almost anyone. But we have to do it in a particular way. You see, we don’t always run around using our Thinking and Sensing sides against each other and trying to come up with a compromise, as those stereotypes would imply. We can actually be friends with those who are different from us.
