Agent 4 personality type is INTP, but this is only weakly correlated with the real-life personality of an INTP; INTPs are often (but not always) more introverted.
So the personality type system is not an effective way to predict individual behavior, but it is useful for understanding group behavior, at least in some cases.

Each of these instruments has a number of questions, and to answer them, you have to essentially lie to yourself a little bit. If you try to be honest, you will usually come up with a different answer from the one the instrument tells you to give.
