Pearl Houzuki personality type is ESTP, and he's not an E.
He's not the leader of the gang, but he's definitely the brains of the operation. He tells all the gang members when they need to go out and rob, and when it's time to go do it. The gang is his idea, and he makes sure it keeps running smoothly (and that the police never catch them).
Despite all this, he's got a soft side too. He's very protective of his fellow gang members, particularly the little girl that's following him around. He's also very good with kids, tending to take care of them whenever he can (he even tends to give them sweets). He's very loyal to the gang, and very protective of them.

But first, I want to talk about his first impressions.
At first, I thought Pearl was an ESFP (the "Idealist" type). He seems to be exceptionally loyal to his gang, and has a really big heart. He also has a strong sense of justice, and is very good with kids. He's also very straightforward and honest with his feelings.
