Desaad personality type is ISTJ, which makes sense since their primary function is introverted sensing. I also have a strong indication that they have a great deal of Ti in their secondary function, so ISTJ makes absolute sense for them.
One of the things I’ve noticed about them is that they have a very strong need to be in control. They love being able to take charge. They’re often at their best when they have control over things, which is why they’re such good leaders. They like to take action and make things happen. They’re usually very good at getting what they want — after all, their Si and Se are dominant — and this can make them very intimidating and domineering.
They also tend to be very controlling in relationships, and this can make them very difficult to get along with sometimes. Fortunately for me (and probably you), though, they’re sensitive and caring, and this is often their saving grace, which is why I can count on them to be there for me when I need them most.
