Ema Senzaki personality type is ESFP, and that’s what she wanted to do with her life before she went to university. But when she went to university, she changed her mind. She thought about becoming a scientist, but the more she thought about it, she didn’t like it. She wanted to help people and she wanted to change the world. So she decided to become an architect.
“I had always loved drawing, but I didn’t think I could become an architect. So when I was in high school, I went to an art college and I found out that I really liked architecture and that I could become an architect. And then I thought, ‘Why not?’ I just jumped in.
“When I was in university, I started a building workshop and I thought, ‘Maybe I can do this full-time,’ and that’s how the company was founded.”
Ema Senzaki worked as an architect for over a decade before opening the business that would eventually become Kinki University College of Architecture in 2009.
The company has grown, and now employs over 20 architects.
