"I had a lot on my mind, and I was having a lot of trouble sleeping. When I couldn't sleep, I had trouble concentrating on the things that interested me, like work," Hiromi said. "I started having dizzy spells, even though I was so careful about my diet. It happened so gradually that I didn't notice what was happening at first."
She said she is now more careful about her diet and is more aware of her mood, which is good for her.
"I have my ISFJ friends who are always telling me about their individual personalities, which is nice because they're right there beside me, just like I am for them," Hiromi said.
