Sugimura personality type is ESFP, which has much in common with his role in the popular anime series, Attack on Titan. While his personality in Attack on Titan is much more active, he maintains this same kind of relaxed, playful, and childish nature in the game. This is to say that, while Attack on Titan is much more active in terms of its action scenes and game play, Sugimura is much less active in Attack on Titan.
Attack on Titan’s Sugimura is very much like the character of Asterios in the series. While Asterios is a fighter in the games, his main role is to be the narrator of the game. He describes to the player all the action they are experiencing through his narration. As well, Asterios is often seen with a loaf of bread in his hands. This is to say that he’s often shown to be an observer of the game world, not actively participating in it. Sugimura also shows many of the same traits. Since he’s seen as an observer, he’s often seen standing still, observing other characters in the game.
