He has been spying on the entire planet for decades, so he has a lot of experience about the events on Earth.He was the one who told me about the secret plans of the Illuminati. He knows that their intentions are terrible and the Illuminati want to rule the planet with an iron fist. They want to create a dictatorship and to control the whole world with their secret plans.
