Nutmeg personality type is INFP, which is a rare and fascinating type of introversion. In fact, I had to research this one.
When I first saw the description, I had to read it twice, and then had to go back and read it a third time. Because the word “introverted” was used rather than “introverted” or “introverted” or “introverted,” it kind of caught me off guard. I would have thought that this personality had more to do with being quiet, but I’m not sure that’s true. Introverts, according to the Enneagram, are people who like their own company and would rather not be around other people. While I am certainly not as outgoing as I used to be, I am still very much an introvert.
I found the description to be very accurate. I would call myself a “spicy” type: I like to be around people and like to be involved in my environment, but I need a lot of alone time and I like to be alone quite a bit. I prefer to stay home and read or write instead of going out to play with friends.
