Alma personality type is ENTP, so I think this is a great example of how these two personality types can have a strange intertype relation.
It's the ENTP’s idea that seemed so strange to me, especially since it was so different from my own. There were some good points to it, though. I could see the logic behind the ENTP’s silly ideas. They are just different from my own.
I would say that the ENTP’s “idea” about this strange relationship between NTJ and ESTP was absolutely consistent with their desire for novelty and originality. It is consistent with the ENTP’s desire to not be held down and constrained by things and people and traditions and rules and concepts and all that other stuff we keep trying to keep us from sullying our own experience with. It is consistent with their belief that we can create our own reality.
The ENTP would probably also like to say that they had no idea (or at least were not aware of) how ridiculous their own ideas were.
