Todd personality type is ENFP, which means I’m a little bit of a dreamer and a big talker, which is a gift for a radio show host. I have a great gift of being able to listen to ideas and being able to talk out loud about those ideas.
But it also means that I can get lost in those ideas sometimes, and I can run on and on and on. And that’s something that you have to learn to do as a radio host. I have to learn to do it as a host, and being able to talk out loud about those things and not get lost in them and transition and not get lost and shift and transition and shift, and to keep your eye on the prize, which is your listeners.
I think that’s something that we all – you know, we’re all – we’re all huge fans of podcasts, and we all love podcasts. But we’re also huge fans of, you know, getting our message out, and we’re huge fans of listening to ourselves. So that’s something that you have to learn to do as a radio host.
