Sima Zhao personality type is ESTP, and I’m not sure whether to blame my parents or the fact that I didn’t get much of a choice in the matter (they were both ESTJ’s), but I’ve always been an outspoken, quick-witted, and spontaneous type.
I think this makes it easier for me to be socially savvy, but that’s not all it is. I feel like I can see the underlying patterns of human behavior with more clarity than other people, and I can extrapolate future trends with ease. That’s why, when I went on my first business trip to China, I was amazed at how much less stressful it was than being on a work trip in the states.
I also have more empathy for others than other people. It’s not that I’m incapable of being mean, but more that I have a better understanding of what other people are feeling and what they’re going through. When I meet new people, it’s more difficult for me to judge them because of my understanding of how they feel. I’m also very good at picking up on people’s emotions more quickly than others.
