Maero personality type is ESTP, and it's not something I can change. It's not something I've ever tried to change, and I've never been successful.
And it's not something that you can magically change. You can't suddenly become a meek and mild and passive and submissive and friendly. It's not like that.
It's not like you can suddenly become an INTP and suddenly become a great leader. It's not like that.
You've got to accept yourself the way you are, because you're going to be an ESTP at your core, you've just got to be okay with it.
And you have to have the right amount of social skills, the right amount of leadership skills, the right amount of physical skills, the right amount of mathematical skills, the right amount of verbal skills, the right amount of imagination skills, to fit into a team. If you don't have enough of those things, then you're going to have a hard time being a manager or a leader. But if you have too many of those things, you're going to be a tyrant.
If you have too much social skills, you'll be a flake.
