The Optimus Prime dump truck was a joke item given away by the Kiss Players in Kiss Players #6. The Kiss Players also used the same toy for the character of Ultra Magnus.
The toy transforms into a dump truck, with the cab detachable and able to transform separately. The main cab does open up, and is lined with windows and doors. Four rubber tires fold down from the rear bumper, and passengers can sit inside (if they push up against the back of the cabin, they can sit inside the front tires). The grille and headlights flip up to reveal Optimus' face.
