Dead end personality type is INFP, but that doesn't mean that INFPs can't be more than that.
I think that the most important aspect of the judging of judging is the internal aspects of the process.
The INFPs I've known (mostly on the internet) are often very private, and it's hard to get a sense of why they judge people in such a way.
They don't seem outwardly judgmental, and I've never seen them criticize someone in a harsh way.
I'm not saying that all INFPs are like that, but I do think that a lot of them are.
I think that the best explanation is that they're just not very comfortable being in a position of power, and have a lot of perceived authority over others.
I feel like I have a lot of responsibility to help people realize their potential, and I don't really have control over how they react to my input.
If I don't give them the response they want, I think they tend to get angry at me, which I guess is a way to vent that frustration.
