Sybil Fawlty personality type is ESFJ, and it's very common. I know many ENFJs and ESFJs and we tend to do well in politics and other such demanding careers.
I think the real problem is that people take the "mature" part of the MBTI test too seriously. If you don't see yourself as mature, then why should you take the test seriously? And if you don't take it seriously, then why should others?
I think there should be a less serious MBTI test, and more of a "hilarious" MBTI test. Like the one on the movie "The Aristocrats." The comedians tell jokes and answer questions, and then they do a skit about their MBTI. If only we could have a similar type of test where we were allowed to say anything we wanted to say, and it was funny.
