This is the person who thinks, "It's all about me!" and will do anything to be in charge. If you have one of these people around, you need to teach them to take in a little of what everyone else is saying.
These people tend to be very persistent in everything they do, but they also tend to be very insensitive. They always want what they want and they don't always give other people enough credit. People with this personality type are often quick to jump to conclusions, and they are sometimes so in-your-face blunt that it can come off as rude. Again, this does not mean that these people have no feelings or that they have no feelings for other people, but the fact that they are so insensitive about other people's feelings makes it hard for them to connect with other people.
