We have a very close friendship. We have been working together for a long time. We’ve been friends for a long time, so having him as a friend, and knowing him as a person, makes it easier for me as a manager because I know that he’s going to be honest with me and he’s going to tell me what he thinks doesn’t work and what he thinks is working and I trust that because we’ve been friends for so long.
